Hotel Accommodations for the Las Vegas National Horse Show

Congratulations on joining us at the 2023 Las Vegas National Horse Show!
This year, our weeklong event will be even more exciting than ever before. The 2023 FIA Formula One World Championship™ Race will take place during the horse show weekend and Las Vegas will be buzzing with activity. Due to these exciting events, Las Vegas hotel room availability will be impacted.
For your convenience, we have secured 600 hotel rooms for our weeklong event and will offer them only to our group. For exhibitors, two (2) rooms will be available per verified horse entry. All sponsors, vendors, and any other groups that require more than one (1) room, please contact Andrea Heslington at andrea@theplacetojump.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that requests are not guaranteed. Any unclaimed rooms will be released after October 16th and made available to our group on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additionally, the package includes two (2) complimentary tickets per room for premier seating at the $226,000 Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Las Vegas, held on Saturday night, November 18th (limited availability on a first-come, first-serve basis).
